TAV Operation Services opened the Primeclass Lounge at Madinah

TAV Operation Services, operating at airports in 19 countries worldwide, inaugurated the private passenger lounge in the international terminal of Medina Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport. The lounge is designed to accommodate over 50,000 passengers annually, catering specifically to Hajj and Umrah visitors.

The subsidiary managing the commercial revenues of TAV Airports, TAV Operation Services, unveiled its 87th exclusive passenger lounge at Medina Airport. The Medina Primeclass Lounge offers a comfortable experience for visitors traveling to the Holy Land, especially during the increased pilgrimage and Umrah visits following the lifting of travel restrictions and quotas post-pandemic. Güçlü Batkın, the CEO of TAV Operation Services, attended the opening ceremony held at the international terminal.

Güçlü Batkın, CEO of TAV Operation Services, expressed the significance of Madinah as one of the two main gateways to the Holy Land. He stated, "We are delighted to welcome our guests who come to perform the pilgrimage and Umrah in Madinah. We are also pleased to resume our activities that were temporarily halted due to the pandemic. In early 2024, we will introduce our meet-and-greet services in Medina. We serve more than 6 million guests annually in our exclusive passenger lounges."

The Primeclass Lounge at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport is the only international departure waiting lounge and operates 24/7. The lounge provides exclusive services such as prayer rooms, children's area, relaxation zones, and workspaces. Passengers of partner airlines can access the lounge through applications like Lounge Me, Dreamfolks, and TAV Passport.

In the first 10 months of the year, Medina Airport served a total of 7,645,000 passengers, experiencing a 55% increase compared to the same period last year.
