Aude Ferrand Appointed as the New CEO of TAV Operation Services
09/09/2024Aude Ferrand, a senior executive with a distinguished background in the luxury goods and retail industries, most recently with the Groupe ADP, has been appointed as the new CEO of TAV Operation Services with effect from September 1, 2024. Ferrand also holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of TAV Airports Holding.
TAV Operation Services, a leading global provider of airport and passenger services operating in 19 countries with nearly 1,500 employees, has announced the appointment of a new CEO, Aude Ferrand, who has worked as a global executive in the luxury goods and retail sectors. Ferrand has become CEO of TAV Operation Services with effect from September 1, 2024. She has also assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of TAV Airports Holding.
Aude Ferrand holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the European Business School. She also successfully completed the International Certificate Program in Corporate Finance (ICCF) at HEC Paris, which offers postgraduate courses. After graduating in 1998, Ferrand started her career as a Brand Manager at Armani in the UK, before holding various senior commercial and marketing positions at Korean cosmetics brand Amore Pacific - Parfums Lolita Lempicka between 2000 and 2012. Between 2013 and 2017, Ferrand worked as Luxury Merchandising Manager and General Manager of the jewellery department at Printemps, one of the largest department store chains in France.
In 2017, Ferrand joined Groupe ADP as Head of Merchandising before being appointed as Chief Retail Director at the end of 2018, in charge of stores, food and beverage and advertising. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of Santiago Airport in Chile and Amman's Airport in Jordan, as well as the Board of Director of services companies at Delhi and Paris airports.
