24/03/2026TAV Operation Services and Kepler Club Announce Strategic Collaboration to Expand Airport Hospitality Experiences
TAV Operation Services and Kepler Club have entered into a strategic collaboration to develop new airport hospitality concepts that enhance the passenger experience through innovation, flexibility, and wellbeing.
TAV Operation Services (TAV OS), a leading airport hospitality services company and part of TAV Airports, has signed a partnership agreement with Kepler Club, an innovator in technology-enabled rest solutions. This collaboration reflects a shared ambition to explore future airport hospitality projects that respond to the evolving and increasingly diverse needs of passengers worldwide.
By combining TAV OS’s global operational expertise with Kepler Club’s technology-driven, space-efficient rest concepts, the collaboration seeks to expand the range of airport hospitality offerings. Together, the parties aim to introduce new experiences that enhance comfort, well-being, and flexibility for travellers, while complementing and enriching existing airport hospitality environments.
Through this partnership framework, TAV OS continues to advance its guest-first strategy by working with innovative solution providers to strengthen its end-to-end hospitality portfolio. The collaboration creates opportunities to deliver differentiated experiences that improve passenger comfort and wellbeing, while enabling airports to activate their spaces in more versatile and efficient ways.
Creating New Value for Today’s Travellers
With travel patterns evolving, passengers increasingly face short connections, long layovers, early departures, and late arrivals. Demand for flexible airport stays is growing as travellers look for practical ways to rest, reset, be entertained, and recover during their journey.
By jointly exploring new hospitality formats, TAV OS and Kepler Club aim to address this demand through concepts designed for flexible use—offering travellers greater choice and control over how they spend their time at the airport.
“Airport hospitality must continuously evolve to enhance the guest experience by anticipating changing expectations,” said Aude Ferrand, CEO of TAV Operation Services and Chief Commercial Officer of TAV Airports Holding. “Covering the end-to-end passenger journey—from car park to lounge, including services such as porter, fast track, and meet & greet—we are pleased to collaborate with Kepler Club, an advanced technological concept positioned between a traditional hotel and a lounge. This partnership allows us to expand the hospitality offering with innovative solutions, while maintaining the right balance between technology and human connection.”
“While sleep is a fundamental human need, today travellers are also seeking meaningful experiences, regardless of where they are,” said Ömer Alaettinoğlu, Founder and CEO of Kepler Club. “At Kepler Club, we aim to transform rest into a personalised, technology-driven experience. Partnering with TAV Operation Services provides a strong foundation to explore new projects globally, supported by shared expertise and a common focus on guest experience.”
An Integrated Approach Within the Primeclass Hospitality Ecosystem
As part of TAV Operation Services’ hospitality portfolio, Primeclass delivers airport hospitality through an experience-led approach designed around different traveller rhythms and dwell times. The collaboration with Kepler Club supports the evolution of this ecosystem by introducing complementary rest and recovery solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing lounge, refresh, and social spaces.
Rather than operating as standalone services, these concepts are envisioned as part of a cohesive hospitality experience—serving travellers with limited time as effectively as those with longer stays, while enhancing the overall attractiveness and functionality of airport environments for both guests and airport partners.
By expanding its hospitality ecosystem through innovative collaborations, the partnership between TAV Operation Services and Kepler club enables airports to strengthen their service proposition, improve space utilisation, and enhance their competitive positioning.
